Ascension Builders, LLC owned and operated by third generation home builders Grapeland TX, Jason and Jerrud Horton. They have followed in the footsteps of both their Grandfather and Father in the new home construction, but have carved out their own niche for remodels and metal buildings. Jason and Jerrud have put their respective skills of construction management and weld inspector and welder to incorporate metal homes; barndominiums; shops; barns whether it is a weld up or bolt up structure. Jason and Jerrud bring twenty – five (25) plus years of experience to each and every project we build. Jason spent a few years as weld inspector on pipelines in West Texas, where he oversaw the infrastructure of thousands of miles of pipeline and welders. Jerrud spent many years as welder all over Texas and few other states, which comes in handy when doing the metal jobs.
Specializing in remodels, complete guts to the simplest modifications additions; new home construction; barndominiums, whatever this means to you; metal homes whether metal frame with stick (wood) interior framing or all metal, we also build farm and ranch facilities, including barns; pipe fencing; work pens; round pens; arenas; calf roping runs; team roping arenas, loafing sheds and the list goes on. We at Ascension Builders, LLC are hands on with every project from commencement to completion. Whether you are building for the first time or your forever home, our team will be ready and able to assist you at every stage of your project. If you need assistance with anything from paint colors; countertops down to cabinet pulls we have a lady or two ready to assist you. The ladies will also pull samples of flooring; backsplashes; countertops and etc., if you are in need of those services. Need help making your floorplan come alive, no worries we have a draftsman, that we work with, and he can make that happen for you. If you simply do not know where to start, no problem, Jason and team will be happy to discuss the process and what each stage should look like for your project. We do not offer financing as home builders Grapeland TX, but with that said, we do have several banks we could refer you to and several great title companies that we work with. All information can be provided at a consultation meeting. The first, original estimate is always free, after that we will just have to see how much tire kicking is being done, if charges will be incurred or not. As it is said “time is money and money is time.” Our team has vast knowledge and abilities that we bring to the table that not many other builders in our area have. If we do not know about certain subject, we have go to support members in the industry or related industries that we can consult with. Team work makes the Dream work.
As, home builders Grapeland TX, we strive to make each project stress free for the homeowner/ customers, sometimes there are circumstances that just cause everyone a moment of discomfort. Nothing together, we can not work through or fix to the satisfaction all parties involved . We strive to please everyone of our customers, even the ones that no matter how well a job is done, it is never good enough for them because perfection is unobtainable as a human being. Lets be real we all know or have encountered a “one” of “those” people. As soon as we figure out who wants to know every little detail and who just wants to know the high points, that’s when we know how communication is needed for each job with the customer. Jason and team are always available, well, at respectable times during the day. As, we have families who are involved in extracurricular activities and church on Sundays. That is why we work Monday through Friday, because family and worship time is important us. Its all about balance.
Clean jobsite is something we are additament about, here at Ascension Builders, LLC, as home builders Grapeland TX. Trash is picked up daily before the team departs each and every day. Sweeping is done when needed. Materials are stacked and kept neat. No one wants to come to a cluttered jobsite. Even the Depend -a Cans are serviced every week, so no stinky smells. Well…. You know!
We will not only build or remodel your home but we can build your farm or ranch needs as well. Cowboys; Cowgirls; Farmers and Ranchers we would love to help you with your needs.
