New Construction landscape is ever revolving with new innovative ideas and architecture styles are continuingly immerging.  New Construction gives the customers control of how their individual project will look like without the confides of renovations of existing structures.  Customers get a clean slate, a blank canvas, if you will, to paint the picture of their unique project and watch it come to fruition from the ground up.  

Whether the project be wood frame or metal frame to at the discretion of the customer on their personal preferences.  Ascension Builders, LLC, home builders Grapeland TX can assist the customer on which would best fit their individual needs.  As with any project there are always pros and cons of either or.  We understand that homes in town and homes/ properties on farms and ranches have the same but different needs.  We can accommodate those needs as they arise.

If you do not have any floor plans/ blueprints, no worries.  We at Ascension Builders, LLC, home builders Grapeland TX do not compile the blueprints ourselves.   We do have several draftsmen we work with that we refer our customers to.  Jason and the customers work hand in hand with the draftsmen to make sure the customer gets their wants and needs met.  If an architect is needed for certified stamped plans/ drawings we have one of those as well.  Ascension Builders, LLC home builders Grapeland TX have had couples or individuals come to us with no real direction on where they want to start with plans but will have millions of Pintrest pictures of maybes and that is perfectly okay with us.  We understand that a project, could be,  that customers first or last major project and we want our customers to be excited and relaxed.  In our experiences, we have found that relaxed and stress free customers make final and informed decisions that they love and are tailored to them.  Undecidedness usually causes delays in the project and as they say.. “time is money” so in return it costs the customers in the long run time and money.  It is best to have a clear direction once the project gets started rather than making it up as you go. Mind changes or as we call them “ Change Orders” are perfectly acceptable and are expected to happen and we can adjust if and when those surface.

Ladies the interiors are basically endless, but limits do apply, as with everything.  Ascension Builders, LLC., home builders Grapeland TX does have a few in house ladies that can assist you on your project or if you want or need to level up the bona fide Designer / Decorator, we have an awesome lady we can refer you to.  The interior of the new construction is as unique as the homeowner and we at Ascension Builders, LLC home builders Grapeland TX aim to please to the best of our abilities.  We like to give this tip, start a story board for your ideas with colors, materials, samples of flooring, colors for plumbing fixtures, cabinet pull/ knobs.  Sometimes the story board turns into a bag or old school trapper keeper for all the samples, but it gives you a good visual for the look you are trying to achieve.  Like life sometimes what we start out to want and like gives way to other likes and wants.  That is just human nature and we at Ascension Builders LLC can adjust to those changes and keep on rolling. 

Gentlemen the exteriors are basically endless as well, but limits do apply, as well see Jason for details if and when this applies to your project.  Just for clarification, generally speaking the men get the job of the exterior of the project while the ladies get job of the interiors, we also understand that there might not be either or on every project, then that person assumes all or any combination thereof, of jobs however it works for you.  Now that is in the open and out of the way, lets work on the exterior.  Hardie Board Siding (cement based) is a great way to have the look of wood without the up keep and maintenance of it.  Use the board and batt style for more of modern farm house look or mix and match it with horizontal and vertical boards for a eye appealing look on gables or where ever you would like to apply it.  Rock is always a classic look with rustic flare, even with said you can mix and match rock brick and or hardie board siding for unique looks that fit your personality style.  Then there is always the metal, for full metal or metal with  rock or brick wains cotting.  The list just goes on.  We encourage the customers to research the material or materials of interest to make sure those would fit into the confines of ones lifestyle.  As much as Pinterest gives us grief, it does serve as great tool for ideas for both men and women to get ideas for their projects.
